Our patented StrikeZone Security Solution combines advanced optical technology with specialized sensing devices and high tech security systems to achieve performance and reliability superior to other intrusion detection systems. Adopted by the U.S. Military, The Fiber Fence can monitor up to 16 km (10 miles) of fence line without requiring power anywhere along the perimeter. Systems can be cascaded to provide monitoring distances of up to 80 km (50 miles).
Why Integrate Your Security Devices?
Like most facilities, your company's security system was probably built over time. Fire detectors may have been installed one year, door and window sensors another year, and security cameras after that.
This piecemeal approach results in a confusing mix of systems and control panels, making it difficult to train new security guards. Worse, this problem can delay emergency response time.
Our StrikeZone security system provides the solution. StrikeZone uses Integration and Mapping Software to integrate all of your existing security devices.
- On-Screen Facilities Map centralizes monitoring of all cameras, sensors and alarms
- On-Screen Directives instruct guards during alerts
- Reduces training required for security guards
- Improves security without adding to staff
- Faster reporting and threat assessment
StrikeZone security systems can be installed as standalone systems or integrated to provide multiple layers of protection. Our unique Integrated Display (I.D.) Mapping System shows intrusion events overlaid on a monitor map of your facility.
Depending on the needs of your facility, your StrikeZone system can include some or all of the following features and benefits:
User-Defined Security Zones - Individual security zones can be established for any section of a building or perimeter. Zones can be monitored by cameras, sensors, or a combination of both.
Sensors Install Anywhere - StrikeZone fiber optic sensors do not require an electrical power source so they may be placed anywhere - along a perimeter, around remote outbuildings, etc.
Exceptional Range - Our Fiber Optic Cameras transmit up to 8 km (5 miles) without re-amplification of video signal. Our Fiber Optic Sensors can be placed along perimeters up to 16 km (10 miles) in length without requiring electrical power anywhere along the fence line.
Offsite Monitoring - Alerts can be sent to offsite personnel via pager, cell phone, email or wireless transmission. Security staff can view camera images from any remote location that has secure Internet access.
Compatible with Existing Equipment - Your existing sensors and cameras, whether coax or fiber optic, are 100% compatible with StrikeZone and can be integrated into the I.D. Mapping System.
Enhanced Motion Detection - The advanced Digital Video Recording System (DVR) can endow any video camera with motion-detection capabilities, including installed cameras you may already own.
DVR Backup - Digital Video Recorder stores video images for two months or longer, depending upon which DVR hard drive you choose.
Minimal Operator Training - I.D. Mapping shows security staff the status of the facility at all times. Once installed, no operator adjustments are necessary.
